Ryan started working with Mike Paolucci and Rick Lamb back in 2007. As a founding employee of the company and his first startup, Ryan has been on the front line of Solvate's evolution.

Prior to working for Solvate, and fresh out of college, Ryan was a crew coach and travel coordinator for a private, k-9 boarding school in Washington Depot, CT as well as an artist apprentice at a glass blowing and metal working studio where he focused on business product development, art sales, and hands-on support for the artist and students.

Out of the office, he enjoys spending time in the wilderness. Being an avid outdoors man, he holds active memberships with the National Rifle Association, Trout Unlimited and Adventure Riders motorcycle club.

Ryan holds a B.A in Fine Art from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY.
