About Solvate
Ryan Conroy
I started working with Mike Paolucci and Rick Lamb back in 2007. As a founding employee of the company and my first startup, I've been on the front line of Solvate's evolution.
Prior to working for Solvate, and fresh out of college, I was a crew coach and travel coordinator for a private, k-9 boarding school in Washington Depot, CT as well as an artist apprentice at a glass blowing and metal working studio where I focused on business product development, art sales, and hands-on support for the artist and students.
Out of the office I enjoy spending my time in the wilderness. Being an avid outdoors man, I hold active memberships with the National Rifle Association, Trout Unlimited and Adventure Riders motorcycle club.
I hold a B.A in Fine Art from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY.
