Solvate is excited to announce that we now offer a range of support services to clients using Salesforce CRM.
In Solvate fashion, we’ve recruited, vetted and staffed up with top certified experts across the US and are offering this new support on demand, according to what you specifically need done.
How are we doing it? We partnered with Salesforce as a Registered Consulting partner, and have brought Salesforce Certified Administrators, Consultants and Developers on board as Timesmiths. Solvate verifies certifications and staffs Salesforce-related project requests according to the proper level of expertise needed.
For clients on Salesforce, what can we help you with?
- Sales Assist, designed specifically for sales executives using Salesforce. This offering includes work like importing business cards as leads, lead generation and cold-calling for your sales team (tracked through your installation), email marketing campaigns, managing sales meeting scheduling by connecting Google Calendar to your installation, and even designing pitch collateral. Read more about our new Sales Assist service.
- Salesforce CRM Administration, including migration from another CRM platform, new client set-up, custom reporting, setting up Apps for things like email marketing and bookkeeping, and troubleshooting. Read more about our new Salesforce CRM Administration service.
We’ve built our first Salesforce-related service offering based on what our clients have been asking for, and the demand is nor surprising given Salesforce’s 87% market share.
Support ranges from simple requests like how to set up additional users in your Salesforce installation with the proper access and permissions, and figuring out how to set up funnel reports, to more complicated work like handling data imports, setting up custom functionality with apps in the AppExchange, to full CRM migrations from other platforms to Salesforce.
Since a single Salesforce-related project may have several moving parts, Solvate makes sure that each piece of the project is properly staffed and managed so that we can work most efficiently on your behalf. Say for example you want to migrate your contacts list into Salesforce as leads. Part of the work can include data clean-up at a $25/hour administrative rate, and then part of the work can require Salesforce Administrator expertise ($75-$125/hour) to add custom contact fields you want and handle the import properly.
Your dedicated Solvate Team remains your point of contact on Salesforce-related work, although sometimes we might put you in direct touch with Salesforce-certified Timesmiths for consults or specific questions. We remain the responsible for properly staffing and managing your work to your 100% satisfaction.
