Step 1: Delegate

Tell us the talent you need, to do what, by when. We'll need your credit card in advance but you will only be charged later when you connect with Talent. Need some ideas to get started? Meet our Talent and get inspired.

Step 2: Staff

Solvate's staffing engine connects you to the right Talent for your project. Look out for an email within 24 hours with the Talent we've staffed, their LinkedIn credentials and hourly rate. We've already negotiated their contract and nondisclosure, and secured their interest and availability, so you can get straight to work.

Step 3: Connect

Talent contacts you to discuss what you need done, and billing begins at their hourly rate. Connect to finalize the project deliverable, deadline and when you want to preview their work. If you are not 100% satisfied after Connect, Solvate will pay the Talent for their time and re-staff your project at no charge to you.

Step 4: Preview

Talent starts on the work and delivers the first leg of your project - a proposal, draft, spec or sample - for your review. This is an important step to get your work relationship on the right track. Give feedback and approve the Preview to continue.

Step 5: Work

Talent continues working and solicits your feedback as they go. Feedback keeps the work on track and allows you flexibility to change direction. Repeat as necessary. Talent also logs their hours and updates on the project, so sign in at any time to track their progress.

Step 6: Deliver

Talent sends you the project deliverable by your deadline for your review. 100% satisfied with the work? Excellent! Solvate releases payment to the Talent and you get back to your work. You might feel a slight sensation of elation.

Step 7: Reconnect

Choose whether you would like to reconnect with Talent for future projects. Get started with another project, or refer a friend and receive an hour of credit with Solvate Talent.
