When evaluating candidates, we look for a track record of achievement, including:

  • A successful track record of working as an independent consultant or freelancer - moonlighters or professionals between jobs need not apply.
  • An active client roster.
  • A public professional profile, rich in relevant work experience, professional accomplishments and public recommendations from colleagues, clients or mentors.
  • Evidence of expertise in portfolios, samples of work and/or third-party validated certifications.
  • Verification that the candidate is based in the USA to facilitate good communication and logistically simple professional relationships.

Without the benefits of sharing an office, you need to work with talent that has strong communication skills and a history of professional accountability. Solvate vets candidates for both.
